Biographical Information – Dr Kohol Shadrach Iornem

Kohol Shadrach Iornem, PhD, is a senior lecturer at the International Foundation Group where he teaches Business Management and Study Skills to students enrolled on the Pre-PhD Preparation Programme. He is also the Director of Programmes at the London Graduate School. In this position, he provides guidance, advice, and facilitation in all aspects of organization development, from strategy formulation to change management. The London Graduate School is a United Kingdom registered institution that teaches and administers online programmes for several partner universities and also organises executive education programmes for senior managers interested in career development.

Kohol has authored two books viz. A SOCIAL SCIENCE STUDENT’S GUIDE TO SURVIVING YOUR PHD and JOB SATISFACTION AND TURNOVER INTENTIONS AMONG UNIVERSITY LECTURERS IN NIGERIA. His works have already been cited. He has published articles in peer-reviewed journals and presented papers at academic conferences like the British Academy of Management. He also chaired conference sessions for the Human Resource Management track and the Organisational Transformation, Change and Development track at the British Academy of Management in 2018.

Kohol has earned academic degrees in several disciplines. He holds a PhD in Management from Cardiff Metropolitan University. He obtained an MBA from the University of Wales Institute Cardiff. He earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Metallurgical Engineering from the Ahmadu Bello University, Nigeria.

Kohol is a certified management consultant, a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants, a Member of the British Academy of Management (BAM) UK and a Member of the Institute of Management Specialist UK.

Kohol has gained proven leadership experience in his tenure as President of the Mutual Union of Tiv in the United Kingdom (MUTUK) – a registered charitable organization. He enjoys promoting and enhancing the socio-economic and cultural development of Tiv people in the United Kingdom and supporting similar advancements in Tivland in Nigeria.
